Forged, not prompted.
We build custom software for any sector, fast, and we prove it. Forged means engineered, gated and backed by evidence. Not prompted means you never receive raw AI output. Software House, the delivery engine we built and run ourselves, does the work, and a human approves every gate.
Real client work, told under NDA: the sector, problem, and approach are concrete.
The promise
Tell us the problem and the sector. We build production software on a gated path and keep the evidence as we go: requirements, design decisions, tests and review results. You get the software and the record of how it was made.
- Any sector, built well and quickly. We have built in aviation, tourism, the public sector, defence, agriculture and finance. Those are examples of our reach, not its limits.
- Verified over fast. A human approves every gate, and quality is shown with evidence rather than stated. What ships is trustworthy as well as quick.
- You get the software and the record. Requirements, design decisions, tests, review and a controlled release are written down, and that record ships with the software.
Nothing by chance.
Nothing by chance means each claim has a record behind it. Software House is our own delivery engine. We built it and we run it ourselves, so the evidence comes from a process we control end to end. What you can check:
- Role agents, with a human at each gate: specialised agents handle requirements, design, build and review in turn, with a human approval between stages, so nothing moves on unchecked.
- Decision record and cited research: research is cited and checked before use, every design decision is recorded, and only process lessons carry forward between engagements.
- Models that run where your data lives: on-premise for regulated data that cannot leave your infrastructure, and on-device for offline or air-gapped work, so your data stays under your control.
Forged. Proven. Shipped.
We engineer our agents the way we engineer your software.
- 20+ specialist AI roles
- 650+ written behavioural scenarios
- 5,000+ commits on delivered builds
- 25,000+ automated tests on delivered builds
How we engage
Two ways to work, both quote-only. We publish no prices and no numeric terms; we scope first, then quote.
Fixed-scope engagement: a defined outcome, scoped and quoted up front, delivered on our gated process.
Dedicated-capacity retainer: ongoing delivery for a defined capacity, with the same gates and the same evidence.
See how we engage in detail on the engagements page.
Our gated delivery process
The path is the same every time: scoping, requirements, design with recorded decisions, build under test, review with a security check, then a controlled release. A human approves each gate before work moves on. The gates, in order:
- Scoping. We work through the problem, the constraints, and the outcome until we can describe what "done" means.
- Requirements brief. We write the scope down: what will be built, what it must do, and how we will know it works.
- Design. We record the architecture and the decisions behind it, so the choices are traceable rather than implicit.
- Build with tests. We implement under test, so quality is demonstrated as the code is written, not bolted on afterwards.
- Review and security. We review the work and check it for defects and security exposure before it goes anywhere near release.
- Release. We ship on a controlled path, with the record of how it was built travelling alongside it.
The gates are the control. Because a human signs off each one, drift shows up early and quality never swings with who happened to be working. You get working software and the evidence that proves how it was built: repeatable benchmarks, statistical tests, and a clear line from every claim back to what we shipped.
FAQ
Why not a big SI or consultancy?
You get senior delivery and an AI-native engine without the layered rate card and long ramp. Scope-first, quote-only, evidenced at every gate.
Why not offshore or staff augmentation?
We deliver outcomes, not bodies by the hour. The engine does the leverage; a human approves every gate, so quality does not swing with who is staffed.
Isn't AI-generated code risky?
That is exactly why we are verified over fast: every gate has human approval and demonstrated quality, and we measure it repeatably instead of trusting the model.
We need on-prem; our data can't leave our infrastructure.
Models run where the data lives: on-premise for regulated data, on-device for offline. Your data stays on infrastructure you control.
How do you price?
Quote-only. Fixed-scope engagements for a defined outcome, dedicated-capacity retainers for ongoing work. We scope first, then quote. No published numbers.
Aren't you too generalist to build for our sector?
Horizontal by design. The engine is sector-agnostic; sector accelerators give us a running start, and we build to your sector's constraints, including regulated ones.
What if the engagement drifts?
The gated process is the control: recorded decisions, review, and quality acceptance make drift visible early, and a human signs off each gate.
Can you work with our existing team and stack?
Yes. We plug into your process and tools and integrate with your team; the engine accelerates delivery around what you already run.
Aren't you just another AI agent company?
Agent companies sell you a tool and you own the outcome. We deliver the outcome, and a human is accountable for it. Forged, proven, shipped: agents engineered like code, an engine benchmarked on real software, and software that runs today.

Engineered knowledge. Delivered software. Bring the problem. We scope the build, show the evidence at each gate and deliver software you can trust, for any sector. Ready when you are: book a scoping call.
